In precise environments like aerospace, E.T. Balancing works to provide balancing services and spin testing, and machinery sales. Work within the aerospace industry is made possible through E.T. Balancing’s FAA-certified repair technicians and inspectors in-house. We work with a group of 3 FAA Certified repairmen on site, along with 6 technicians and 2 inspectors.

Initially, a customer with globally located facilities came to E.T. Balancing because they couldn’t find a vendor with unique balancing capabilities for their highly specified parts. This customer needed particular balancing capabilities required for rare earth magnet motors. These air cycle motor components are highly specialized and not every service provider is able to measure rare earth magnetic motors due to insufficient equipment or un-certified staff.

The process began with the aerospace client providing blueprints and specification sheets. From there, work was done in-house at the E.T. Balancing facility to perform the work involved. Since initial balancing work was performed, this aerospace customer has worked with us for around 30 years.
